From Our Ranch to Your Plate

Our Wagyu burgers come straight from our family’s Bar R Cattle Co in Eastern Washington, where decades of selective breeding produce rich, buttery, and unbelievably tender beef. It’s more than a burger—it’s a legacy of flavor.

Brickhouse is the perfect combo of vibe, ambiance, good food, great beer selection, and rustic charm. The building itself is made of brick and you can almost taste the history of the space walking inside. We came in tonight and ordered their Tuesday Pozole; they took our food orders around 9:15 or so, and we got our ... food quickly. The pork pozole is full of flavor, packed with a tomatoey kick that got my saliva flowing. It comes with a mix of sides— red pepper flakes, crunchy salty tortilla bits, fresh chopped cabbage and cilantro, raw white onions, perfectly ripe avocado, sliced radish and a squeeze of lime. My gringa mouth needed to mellow the spice a bit so I ordered some sour cream to go with it, mixed it in thoroughly, and it was stunningly ideal. We each got a bowl of that, and started with their fresh rosemary chips and a side of ranch. Delicious. Impressed. The wait staff were all lovely humans, and super helpful. We will return. Read More

Alrighty, here we are... I wanted the wagyu but not at $30... I came and grabbed the brickhouse burger medium... I've read many bad reviews about this place and the Burgers. This burger is phenomenal and cooked exactly the way I ordered with some pink. It's great. Don't let the poor reviews deter you from the ... delicious burger. They play Paisa music.. doesn't match the demographic. Read More

Sat at the bar and had braised short ribs for dinner. They were very tender and the portions were huge. Great beer options. Plenty of seating.

Had a “Guilty Pleasure” burger and definitely had a pleasurable meal. On the side I ordered garlic Parmesan fries and added bacon to the burger. Definitely gonna try their other signature burgers next time I go.
